These are original fine art prints, drawn on litho stones and printed by hand at the Open Studio. They are all printed in multiple colours; a process of grinding and preparing a stone, drawing on the stone, processing the drawing, proofing and printing the colour on the edition. This is a selection of the prints done as I was teaching myself how to do lithography.
“Antiques and Place Mats” and “Fruit on My Table”
The prints “Fruit on my Table” and “Antiques and Place Mats”. These two prints originated from some kitchen sketches I did when going through a quiet creative time. “Antiques” is printed in 8 colours and “Table” is a 7 colour print.
